We are looking for a Pool & Beach Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.

In this position, you will maintain clean, organized and welcoming pool and beach areas while providing attentive and responsive guest service. You will ensure the timely availability of towels and amenities and support the smooth daily operation of the outlet.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain pool and beach areas.
• Arrange sunbeds and ensure towels and amenities are available.
• Welcome guests and provide prompt, courteous assistance.
• Collect used towels and maintain adequate stock levels.
• Support opening and closing procedures.
• Assist with guest orders and outlet supplies when required.
• Respond to guest requests and report maintenance, safety or cleanliness issues promptly.

Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• Previous hospitality or guest-service experience is an advantage.
• Good command of English.
• Clear and courteous communication skills.
• Guest-focused and service-oriented approach.
• Ability to work outdoors and remain attentive throughout the shift.
• Strong teamwork, reliability and time-management skills.
• Good knowledge of cleanliness and Health & Safety standards.
• Ability to remain calm and effective during busy periods.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts according to operational needs.
