Seasonal Pool Bar Bartender – Tropicana Laughlin

Bring the Party to the Pool Deck

As a Seasonal Pool Bar Bartender, you’ll mix refreshing beverages, keep the bar running smoothly, and create a fun, welcoming atmosphere for guests enjoying the sun. If you love fast‑paced environments and delivering great service, this role puts you right where the action is.

Key Responsibilities

• Mix and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages
• Deliver and stock liquor, beverages, and bar supplies
• Prepare fruit garnishes
• Maintain ice levels throughout the shift
• Bus bottles and glassware to keep the pool area clean
• Clean, wash, and organize glassware
• Provide Family Style Service to guests and team members
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Work Environment

• High‑energy, outdoor pool setting
• Exposure to sun, heat, secondhand smoke, bright lights, and loud noise
• Long periods of standing, bending, reaching, and walking
• Flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays

Qualifications

• Must be 21+
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least three months of related experience or training
• Must present a clean, courteous, and professional image
• Knowledge of company policies and safety procedures

Certificates & Licenses

• Must possess a current NV Alcohol Card and SNHD Food Handlers Card

Language Skills

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English with guests and team members

Mathematical Skills

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
