We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and service-oriented Pool Bartender to join our team at Cabana Bar at The St. Anthony Hotel. As a Pool Bartender, you will be at the heart of our outdoor guest experience—crafting refreshing beverages, creating a lively atmosphere, and delivering attentive service poolside. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a relaxed yet high-energy setting, we’d love to meet you.
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to hotel standards and guest preferences.
Deliver top-notch poolside service with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the outdoor bar and surrounding area.
Monitor guest behavior and verify legal drinking age where required.
Restock bar inventory, supplies, and garnishes throughout the shift.
Set up and break down the bar area in accordance with daily opening/closing procedures.
Communicate effectively with pool attendants, servers, and hotel staff to ensure seamless guest service.
Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines and ensure responsible alcohol service.
Stay informed on menu changes, promotions, and seasonal offerings.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Previous bartending experience, especially in a pool or outdoor setting, preferred.
Must be able to obtain Responsible Vendor Permit/certification (RV Bar Card) within 45 days of hire.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
