Job Title: Pool Bartender

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Pool Bartender to join our team. In this role, you will prepare and serve beverages to guests in a fast-paced, outdoor pool environment while delivering exceptional hospitality. The ideal candidate thrives in a social setting, maintains a positive attitude, and ensures guests have a safe and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes
Provide friendly, attentive service to poolside guests
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Check IDs and ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws and regulations
Handle cash, credit card transactions, and maintain an accurate register
Monitor guest consumption and promote responsible drinking
Restock bar supplies and assist with inventory management
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications
Previous bartending experience preferred (poolside or high-volume environment a plus)
Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and drink preparation techniques
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Must meet minimum age requirements for alcohol service
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays including Memorial Day, Labor Day & July 4th
Preferred Skills
TIPS, ServSafe, or equivalent alcohol safety certification
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset
