Serrano Country Club is seeking an energetic and service-oriented Pool Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team for the pool season. This position is responsible for providing exceptional beverage service to members and guests while maintaining a welcoming, professional, and fun poolside atmosphere.
The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced outdoor environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality hospitality and service.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for members and guests at the pool bar.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of the beverage menu, including cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty drinks.
- Provide friendly and attentive service while maintaining professionalism in a lively pool environment.
- Accurately enter and process orders using the POS system.
- Ensure bar area remains clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout service.
- Monitor guest consumption and follow responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Assist pool servers with beverage orders when needed to ensure efficient service.
- Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.

Qualifications

Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience preferred.
- Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, and wine.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Must meet minimum age requirements for alcohol service.
Schedule
- Seasonal position during pool operations.
- Must be available weekends and holidays.
