Job Location: Cassidy on Canal 344 N Canal St - Chicago, IL 60606
Position Type: Seasonal
Salary Range: $18.50 - $19.75 Hourly

Job Shift: DayDuties and Responsibilities:
- Greet residents, visitors, staff and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Immediately report emergency maintenance requests to management office.
- Ascertain nature of business and direct visitors or callers to appropriate department(s) or person(s).
- Assist with frequently asked questions (FAQs).
- Remain always on their feet, transmitting information to others, assisting people both in and out of the building, and serving as the interface of the building with the general public.
- Submit complete written report of activities to management office at end of every shift.
- All other duties as assigned.

QualificationsSkills and

Qualifications:
- Previous customer service/retail experience preferred.
- Previous experience as a Pool Attendant or Lifeguard strongly preferred, but not necessary.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work weekdays, nights and weekends required.
- Ability to work independently or in a team.
