High School Diploma or GED preferred
One-three years’ experience in leadership.
CPR training preferred
Guest service experience required.
Must be able to work flexible hours and all shifts as assigned.
Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.
Computer experience and proficiency in Word, Excel and Internet Use is required. Ability to type 35 wpm.
Must possess the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide. Must be detail oriented.
Must have knowledge of casino and hotel amenities.
Must have basic knowledge of local area.
Must be personable and energetic.
Must always present a well-groomed appearance and a professional demeanor.
Must perform duties with a sense of urgency.
Must be able to maneuver around the pool area easily.
Ability to swim preferred
Must be able to work in extreme heat and direct sunlight for long periods of time
Must be able to stand and walk for the entire shift.
Must be able to work at a fast pace, efficiently.
Must be able to respond to visual, olfactory and aural cues.
Must be able to operate in mentally and physically stressful situations
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays
Must possess the ability to handle high levels of stress that often accompany working with the public and long hours of standing.
Must be able to stand up to 10 hours per day
Ability to handle large/heavy items up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to sit, stand, bend, squat, walk and run.
