Job Location: Arbor Lakes - Arlington Heights, IL 60004
Position Type: Seasonal
Salary Range: $14.50 - $15.00 Hourly

Our property management company is seeking a dependable and professional Pool Monitor to support the smooth operation of our residential community’s pool area during the summer season. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on safety, excellent customer service skills, and a friendly, approachable demeanor to help foster a positive experience for all residents and guests. This position plays an important role in maintaining a welcoming and well-regulated environment by ensuring that pool rules are followed and assisting with general oversight of the facility.
This is a temporary, part-time position that will conclude the weekend after Labor Day.
Pay: $15/hr

QualificationsRequirements and Responsibilities
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Previous Pool Attendant experience preferred but not required
- Open and/or close the pool
- Greeting guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Ability to provide exceptional customer care
- Monitor guests, and the pool area and enforce the rules and regulations
- Set up and organize the pool deck furniture throughout the shift
- Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the entire pool area, including restrooms
- Knowledge of the property's pool rules and regulations
- Promptly report any damages, incidents, or accidents to the Community Manager
- Must be able to stand, walk, reach, bend, or sit for extended periods of time
- Must be able to work various shifts and weekends
