Pay Rate: $16.00/hour (minimum wage)

Schedule: 25 hours per week

Days/Hours: Friday, Saturday, Sunday — 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Check pool badges for all individuals entering the pool area
• Ensure only authorized guests are permitted entry
• Remain stationed at the pool entrance during assigned hours
• Be polite and professional when interacting with residents and guests
• Notify management of any issues or concerns (lost badges, questions, etc.)

Requirements

• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable sitting or standing for extended periods
• Able to interact respectfully with adults and peers
• No prior experience required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to remain seated or standing outdoors during scheduled shifts
• Ability to focus on a repetitive, simple task

Additional Information

• No lifeguard certification required
• No cleaning, maintenance, or pool supervision duties
• Training will be provided
