Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and guest-focused Pool Attendant to help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming outdoor pool environment during our busiest times. This role plays an important part in the guest experience by ensuring the pool area remains properly stocked, sanitized, organized, and enjoyable for all guests.

The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with people, takes pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards, and is available to work weekends and peak pool hours

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests as they arrive to the pool area and provide friendly assistance
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready pool deck
  • Clean and sanitize pool chairs, tables, and shared guest-touch surfaces after use
  • Monitor occupancy levels to help maintain safe spacing and comfort
  • Restock towels and guest amenities throughout the shift
  • Maintain proper set-up and presentation of the pool area
  • Follow all cleaning procedures and safe handling instructions for cleaning agents
  • Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally
  • Support the housekeeping and hotel team with additional duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

  • Outgoing and service-oriented personality
  • Weekend availability is required
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Comfortable working outdoors in warm weather conditions
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift pool supplies for extended periods
  • Self-starter who works well with limited supervision
  • Strong teamwork mindset and willingness to support other departments as needed
  • Knowledge of cleaning products and sanitation procedures preferred
