Pool Attendant

Are you attentive, friendly, and committed to guest comfort and safety? We are looking for a Pool Attendant who will support smooth pool operations by maintaining cleanliness, assisting guests, and ensuring a pleasant and well-organized poolside experience.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Assisting guests at the pool area with towels, loungers, and general inquiries.
• Ensuring the pool deck, changing rooms, and surrounding areas are clean, tidy, and well maintained.
• Setting up and organizing pool furniture, umbrellas, and equipment.
• Monitoring pool usage and supporting lifeguards in maintaining safety standards.
• Enforcing pool rules politely and reporting any safety concerns.
• Collecting and distributing towels and maintaining towel inventory.
• Reporting maintenance issues, accidents, or incidents promptly.
• Providing friendly, professional service to enhance the guest experience.
• Coordinating with Health Club, Housekeeping, and Engineering teams as required.

What we need from you:

• Previous experience as a Pool Attendant, Recreation Attendant, or similar role is an advantage.
• Friendly, service-oriented personality with a professional attitude.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors and stand for extended periods.
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic language will be an advantage
• Basic knowledge of pool safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work in a guest-facing, fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
