This Job Family Group combines all positions within the different sales channels: retail, wholesale and e-commerce. Also includes all activities to support store management.

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist.

How you will contribute:

You will join the Customer Service department and will support the team being involved in the following main activities:

  • Manage the end-to-end order lifecycle for DOS (directly operated stores) and Wholesale accounts, from order entry and validation through allocation, shipment and delivery.
  • Ensure orders are correctly processed in line with commercial agreements, operational guidelines, delivery windows and channel-specific requirements.
  • Monitor order status, product availability, allocations, delivery dates, backorders and potential constraints.
  • Act as a key operational point of contact for both Directly Operated Stores and Wholesale customers regarding order management topics, returns and repairs.
  • To facilitate the client requests addressing them to the other department, such as After Sales, Logistics and Demand Planning.
  • Monitor relevant order management and service KPIs, including order fulfilment, backlog, delivery performance, order accuracy and service level.

Who you are:

  • Fluent in English, French and possibly Spanish;
  • Master’s Degree;
  • Positive and proactive attitude, strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent computer skills, proficient in MS Office.

Gross Annual Salary: Starting from 30.000€ (unless otherwise agreed, in the event of a positive outcome of the selection process, specific levels of experience and autonomy and/or particular competencies emerge during the selection process, based on objective criteria).
