We are currently looking for a CRM Campaign Specialist, as part of our dynamic team based in Milan.
Activities:
As a CRM Campaign Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving global CRM & Clienteling initiatives, enhancing personalized engagement, and supporting local markets in strengthening long‑term client relationships. You will contribute to developing impactful CRM strategies, delivering cross‑channel campaigns, and elevating client experiences in alignment with Pomellato’s luxury positioning.
Define and manage the global CRM & Clienteling calendar, ensuring full alignment with the commercial calendar, product launches, retail priorities, and brand campaigns.
Manage the end‑to‑end creation and execution of personalized 1:1 drive‑to‑store campaigns and related Clienteling tools (support on the creation of gift guides, invites, digital cards)
Manage the full CRM campaigns (newsletters and automated customer journeys), production workflow, including coordination with the external agency, creation of detailed briefs, asset collection, copywriting, and oversight of translations for local markets.
Conduct thorough quality checks during the testing phase (rendering, links, tracking), ensuring flawless execution before deployment.
Adapt content for regional markets, working closely with local teams to align language, product relevance, and cultural nuances.
Oversee real‑time monitoring of deliverability, open rate, CTR, conversions, identifying anomalies or optimization opportunities.
Consolidate results across regions, presenting insights to internal stakeholders, and recommending data‑driven improvements for future sends.
Lead continuous optimization of newsletters through structured A/B testing, ensuring progressive improvement in engagement and conversion.
Ensure that newsletters seamlessly integrate into broader customer journeys, supporting lifecycle automation, cross‑selling, retention, and reactivation strategies.
Collect CRM & Clienteling needs from regional teams, share best practices across markets, and ensure alignment with global brand direction.
Who you are:
3+ years of experience in CRM, campaign management, digital marketing, or clienteling roles
Strong understanding of multichannel communication, as well as campaign execution tools and related KPIs.
Proven ability to manage and collaborate with external agencies and cross‑functional internal teams.
Robust analytical mindset, able to evaluate campaign performance metrics and turn insights into actionable improvements.
Knowledge of marketing automation systems (Salesforce), customer journey mapping, and A/B testing methodologies.
Excellent project management capabilities, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
Awareness of digital trends, customer engagement best practices, and the competitive market landscape.
Fluency in both Italian and English.
Creative spirit and good usage of Photoshop is a plus.
Gross Annual Salary 34.000€ (unless otherwise agreed, in the event of a positive outcome of the selection process, specific levels of experience and autonomy and/or particular competencies emerge during the selection process, based on objective criteria).

Bonuses and Commissions Annual Target Bonus as per the company-level collective agreement in force, up to 10% of the Gross Annual Salary.
