General Manager – Pharmacy Operations (Hayward)

This position sits at the center of operations, working closely with pharmacy leadership to drive performance, optimize workflows, and ensure a high standard of service across departments.
What You’ll Do
• Lead day-to-day pharmacy operations across administrative, financial, and departmental functions
• Partner closely with pharmacy leadership to guide operational decisions and team performance
• Build, develop, and coach a high-performing management team
• Drive a strong, team-oriented culture through communication and leadership
• Monitor performance across departments and implement improvements where needed
• Own budget performance by analyzing P&L, identifying variances, and executing corrective actions
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and service standards
• Oversee staff performance, including evaluations, hiring recommendations, and team development
• Engage in customer-facing initiatives to strengthen relationships and service delivery
• Communicate key operational and financial insights to executive leadership
What You Bring
• Experience leading operations within an LTC pharmacy or similar healthcare setting
• Strong business acumen with the ability to manage budgets and drive profitability
• Proven leadership skills with experience developing and managing teams
• Ability to balance data-driven decision making with real-world operational insight

• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills across all levels of an organization
