Novant Health is seeking a PRN Polysomnography Tech to join our REMARKABLE team.

Seeking a candidate with Pediatric experience and could pick up shifts at Mint Hill location occasionally.

What You'll Do

The Polysomnographic Technologist obtains polysomnograph recordings and performs all technical duties related to the polysomnograph evaluation of sleep disorders.


What We're Looking For

  • Education High School Diploma or GED, required.
  • Experience Minimum of two years of experience in a sleep center, preferred.
  • Licensure/Certification: Registered Polysomnographic Technologist, required.
  • Additional Skills (required): Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing; good communication skills, medical terminology, previous experience with computers, manual dexterity and the capacity to deal with visual concepts; initiative and judgment to proceed with work without constant supervision; high degree of patience and understanding in dealing with unusual situations; ability to work flexible nighttime schedule; basic ECG recognition; general understanding of the concepts of polysomnography.
