This position is located at the Polk County Health Department in Cedartown, Georgia. This position is an unclassified, full-time position working 40 hours per week. Please complete your online application with current and previous employment details and duties.
RN 1 - $59,143.44
RN 2 -$66,351.60
Under supervision, provides professional nursing care in accordance with nurse protocols, policies and/or procedures.
Associate's degree in nursing from an accredited college or university AND completion of a PHN course within one year of hire AND current Georgia Registered Professional Nurse license AND CPR certification. Note: No experience required.

The use of physical activity breaks during the workday is authorized to support this philosophy and help employees meet their wellness goals. A maximum of 30 minutes of physical activity may be allocated per workday, typically in the form of two 15-minute breaks or one 30-minute break.
CBH accepts educational credential recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) and/or the US Department of Education (DOE) will be considered. CBH may contact educational institutions to verify degree, diploma, licensure, etc.
The District Human Resource Department must receive an official transcript and/or proof of licenses, certifications prior to employment.
