Responsibilities
- Deliver technical support in Polish through phone, email, and chat channels to customers utilizing electronic products
- Identify and troubleshoot product-related issues to achieve high customer satisfaction
- Document interactions and resolutions clearly within the support system
- Work with engineering teams to escalate and resolve more complex concerns
- Educate customers about product features, functionalities, and optimal usage
- Keep up-to-date with product changes and technological advancements
- Engage in continuous training to improve product knowledge and customer support skills
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken, is essential. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to adapt and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with customer support tools and technology
