Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Polish-Speaking Fitbit Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Sofia, Bulgaria. We offer a fully paid relocation package to support your move and integration into this exciting opportunity.
In this role, you will provide exceptional customer support to Polish-speaking Fitbit users, helping them with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and guidance to enhance their overall experience with Fitbit products.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer support to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve technical issues and assist with product usage
- Document customer interactions accurately and timely
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns
- Maintain a friendly, professional, and customer-centric approach at all times
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English, both spoken and written. Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Previous experience in customer support or technical troubleshooting is preferred
- Interest in fitness technology and health is a plus
- Ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently
- Team player with the ability to work independently when necessary
- Familiarity with customer support platforms is advantageous
