Responsibilities
- Support Polish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing their questions and concerns
- Troubleshoot any technical issues and offer reliable solutions
- Guide customers through the effective use of their Fitbit devices and applications
- Document customer interactions in accordance with company policies
- Work closely with technical teams to escalate issues when necessary
- Promote a positive user experience and encourage customer engagement
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on effective communication
