Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Polish-Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Ride-Sharing App Department in Greece! Responsibilities
- Provide support to customers in Polish via phone, email, and chat
- Assist users with questions about app functionality, bookings, and account management
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our support system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance user experiences
- Gather user feedback to help improve our services
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on features and app developments
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English, both written and verbal, is required.
- Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the technical or transportation sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A customer-centric attitude and a passion for providing excellent service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple inquiries
- Familiarity with ride-sharing apps or similar technologies is a plus
