Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Polish via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with logistics-related issues, including shipment tracking and delivery questions
- Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our support management system
- Collaborate with logistics teams to resolve complex inquiries and enhance service delivery
- Provide customers with information on best practices and logistics processes
- Participate in training sessions to stay informed about logistics services and regulations
Requirements
- Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Fluency in Polish and English, both written and verbal
- Experience in customer support, preferably in the logistics or transportation sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A customer-centric attitude and dedication to providing outstanding service
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with logistics software and customer management tools
