Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Polish-Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Food Delivery Service Department in Greece! Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Polish via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with questions related to food orders, delivery issues, and account management
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our support system
- Collaborate with delivery teams to resolve any issues promptly
- Gather customer feedback to improve service quality and customer satisfaction
- Stay informed about our menu offerings and delivery processes
- Participate in training and development sessions for continuous improvement
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English, both written and verbal, is essential. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the food delivery or hospitality sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A customer-oriented approach with a passion for service
- Able to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment
- Familiarity with food delivery apps and technology is a plus
