As a Customer Service Representative, you will engage with clients through various communication channels, addressing their questions and resolving issues promptly. Your proficiency in Polish will be essential in building strong relationships with our customers and enhancing their overall experience with our services.

Responsibilities

• Assist Polish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat interactions
• Respond to inquiries related to our products and services effectively
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues
• Provide comprehensive information regarding product features and benefits
• Gather customer feedback to drive improvements in service delivery
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay informed about product updates

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish and English, both written and verbal
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality customer service
• Experience with customer support tools is an advantage
