Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer support to Polish-speaking clients through live chat, email, and phone.
• Address inquiries regarding products, accounts, and promotions while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise.
• Accurately document customer interactions and feedback.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Stay updated on company products and industry trends to offer informed support.

Requirements

• Fluent in Polish and proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, especially within the iGaming or related industries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with customer service tools and CRM systems is an advantage.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural experience.
