Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Polish-Speaking Customer Expert to join a reputable automotive company. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to Polish-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries and issues are addressed efficiently and effectively.
You will act as a key point of contact between the company and its customers, delivering high-quality service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty in the automotive sector.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support in Polish via phone, email, or chat
- Assist customers with automotive product information, services, and issue resolution
- Manage and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with technical and operational teams to provide solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken
- Experience in customer support or service, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Customer-focused approach with a professional and friendly demeanor
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team
