Join the vibrant team at Mercier Consultancy as a Polish-Speaking Content Moderator in our Gaming & e-Sports Department located in the heart of Athens, Greece! In this exciting role, you will be instrumental in fostering a positive and engaging gaming community. As a content moderator, you will monitor and manage content to ensure it adheres to community guidelines and standards.

Your fluency in Polish will allow you to connect with our Polish-speaking gamers, ensuring their experiences are enjoyable and safe. You will play a key role in facilitating discussions and maintaining a respectful environment where players can share their passion for gaming and esports.

Responsibilities

• Moderate user-generated content in the gaming and e-sports community specifically in Polish
• Assess content submissions and community interactions to ensure they comply with established guidelines
• Provide assistance to players through forums and chat platforms, addressing their queries and concerns
• Identify and report harmful behavior or content, escalating issues as necessary
• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance overall community engagement
• Stay updated on gaming trends and e-sports news for informed moderation
• Support the creation of a respectful and inclusive online community atmosphere

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken) is required.
• Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong knowledge of gaming and e-sports culture
• Content moderation or community management experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Detail-oriented and efficient in dynamic environments
• Adept at multitasking and prioritization
• Passionate about gaming and committed to positive online interactions
