Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Polish Player Support Specialist in our gaming department located in Sofia, Bulgaria! This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about gaming and want to make a difference in the Polish-speaking player community by providing exceptional support and assistance.
As a Player Support Specialist, you will be responsible for addressing player inquiries, troubleshooting game-related issues, and ensuring that our players have a fantastic experience. We are looking for team players who have excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Offer outstanding support to Polish-speaking players through emails, chat, and social media platforms
- Assist players with technical issues, gameplay questions, and account management inquiries
- Document player interactions and support requests accurately in our CRM system
- Work closely with other teams to resolve complex player issues efficiently
- Collect player feedback and insights to share with the development team for ongoing improvements
- Help nurture a positive and engaging gaming community for our players
- Stay updated on current gaming trends and product developments
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Previous experience in player support or customer service roles is a plus
- A strong passion for gaming and an understanding of gaming culture
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Familiarity with customer support software and gaming platforms is advantageous
