Responsibilities
- Provide expert logistics support to Polish-speaking customers and internal teams
- Coordinate and resolve logistics-related inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate solutions
- Manage shipping schedules, tracking, and delivery issues efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, warehouse, and customer service
- Analyze logistics processes and recommend improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of logistics operations and communications
- Support the onboarding of new clients and partners with logistic requirements
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English, both written and verbal
- Proven experience as a logistics expert or in a similar role, preferably in customer support
- Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, with full relocation support provided
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
