Mercier Consultancy is hiring a Polish-Language Customer Expert to join a reputable logistics company based in Athens, Greece. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about delivering excellent customer service within the logistics and transportation sector.
As a Customer Expert, you will serve as the primary point of contact for Polish-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to logistics, shipments, and deliveries. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication and customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer support in Polish via phone, email, and chat
- Handle inquiries related to logistics operations, shipment tracking, and delivery statuses
- Resolve customer issues effectively and liaise with internal departments to find solutions
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transaction information
- Collaborate with logistics and operational teams to improve service quality
- Gather customer feedback and report on trends to support continuous improvement
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on company processes and systems
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken
- Experience in customer service, ideally within logistics or transportation industries
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Customer-oriented mindset with a professional approach
- Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece is advantageous
