Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Polish-language Customer Expert to join a fast-growing FinTech company based in Athens, Greece. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the financial technology sector by delivering outstanding customer support to Polish-speaking clients.
In this position, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues related to FinTech products, and ensuring a seamless user experience. Your expertise will help maintain customer satisfaction and foster trust in the company's financial services.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer support in Polish through multiple channels including phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with questions related to FinTech services and products
- Investigate and resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately
- Collaborate with internal teams to address technical and operational challenges
- Document and escalate issues when necessary, ensuring timely resolution
- Gather and relay customer feedback to improve products and services
- Stay informed about new features, industry trends, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken
- Experience in customer service or support, preferably in the FinTech or financial services industry
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Customer-oriented mindset with patience and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
- Willingness to relocate or work in Athens, Greece
