Responsibilities
- Provide customer support in Polish
- Assist clients with technical questions related to the company's products and services
- Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to resolve complex issues
- Provide timely and accurate updates to customers
- Gather feedback to help improve support processes and products
- Participate in training sessions to stay current with product updates and industry trends
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably within the tech industry
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece (relocation fully paid)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with customer support tools and CRM software
