Responsibilities
- Provide customer support in Polish
- Assist clients with inquiries about fashion and luxury products, orders, and after-sales care
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards
- Support clients throughout their purchase journey to build lasting relationships
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably within fashion or luxury retail
- Willingness to relocate to Greece
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Passion for fashion and luxury brands
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
