As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide excellent assistance to Polish-speaking travelers, helping them plan and manage their trips, answer inquiries about travel arrangements, and ensure a memorable travel experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to Polish-speaking clients
- Assist customers with travel bookings, modifications, cancellations, and special requests
- Provide detailed information about travel packages, destinations, and services
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with other departments and travel partners to ensure seamless service delivery
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
- Gather customer feedback to improve travel services and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for the travel industry
- Previous experience in customer service or travel-related roles is preferred
- Willingness to relocate to Greece with a fully sponsored relocation package
- Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Positive attitude and a genuine interest in helping customers create unforgettable travel experiences
