We're looking for an experienced and motivated professional to join our Adults, Health and Wellbeing Commissioning Team supporting across Strategy and Partnerships and Market Management.
You'll help shape, develop and improve adult social care services across Lancashire through commissioning, contract management, market development and service transformation. Working with providers, partners and stakeholders, you'll use data, insight and collaboration to deliver high-quality, sustainable services that improve outcomes for residents.
We are looking for someone who has experience in commissioning and/or contract management, has strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation and analytical skills. Is knowledgeable about adult social care, health services or a related field and can manage multiple priorities and drive service improvement.
