Department Summary
The UNT Dallas Office of Compliance and Integrity advances UNT Dallas' commitment to excellence by partnering with UNT Dallas employees and departments to promote ethical, honest, and lawful decision-making and conduct.
Through guidance from the Chief Compliance Officer, this position coordinates policy and regulation development for UNT Dallas in collaboration with departments. It helps set strategic priorities for the policy program, ensuring policies remain current and effective. Responsibilities include researching, drafting, editing, coordinating, and evaluating policies, as well as managing the tools and processes used to track approvals, implement changes, and communicate updates.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in which policy development and/or management in the public sector (preferably within higher education) was a primary responsibility, and experience or education that includes exposure to legal or regulatory environments.
