We are looking for a dynamic and motivated intern to support our Policy, Access, and Communications team initiatives. This role provides hands-on experience in health policy, market access, pricing, and strategic communications, allowing you to contribute to meaningful projects that shape healthcare access and engagement.
You will support internal and external events, projects and strategic communication efforts, while gaining exposure to healthcare policy discussions, pricing frameworks and access-related initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Communications:
Support internal events (monthly townhalls) and external events to increase awareness of products, disease areas and healthcare access strategies.
Develop communication materials (presentations, infographics, posters, reports, digital content).
Videography (concept, shoot, editing) and photography for internal and external initiatives.
Assist in updating and managing the intranet and social media channels.
Manage the corporate inbox by responding to emails and routing enquiries to the relevant teams.
Access & Pricing Support:
Assist the Pricing Lead and Pricing & Tender Partner in tracking, analysing and ensuring compliance with pricing strategies and policies.
Assist the Pricing & Tender Partner in daily operational tasks.
Support the Policy & Access Partners by gathering, analysing and compiling key data to inform access strategies and decision-making.
Conduct market research and monitor pricing and reimbursement trends to support strategic recommendations.
Help prepare pricing submissions, reports, dossier and stakeholder engagement materials for internal and external use.
External Engagement & Policy Support:
Assist in organising and coordinating high-impact healthcare events and meetings.
Provide research and logistical support for policy roundtables, media briefings and advocacy initiatives.
Track and summarise pricing, access and policy trends relevant to the healthcare landscape.
Skills & Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who:
Has completed coursework in Public Policy, Health Economics, Communications, Business, or related fields.
Is passionate about healthcare policy, access, and pricing.
Has experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, Illustrator) and video editing software.
Is digitally savvy, with strong storytelling, writing, and communication skills.
Has proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Can manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrates high integrity, professionalism, and a strong sense of accountability.
