Responsibilities:

• Deal all required poker games accurately and in accordance with established house rules and procedures.
• Provide courteous, attentive guest service while supporting Monarch’s service standards.
• Process guest buy-ins and payouts accurately, handling money and chips according to established procedures.
• Verify game fills and credits.
• Manage wagers and award winning pots accurately in accordance with house rules.
• Protect the integrity and security of the game and safeguard money and chips.
• Notify the Casino Games Supervisor promptly of irregularities in guest play or transactions.
• Maintain effective working relationships with Team Members and other departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Colorado Support Gaming License.
• Previous dealing experience or completion of dealing school required.
• Ability to deal all required poker games accurately and follow established procedures.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English sufficiently to communicate game information and understand written instructions.
• Strong mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Team Members and other departments.
• Successfully complete required pre-employment criminal background screening and drug screening.
• Physical requirements include standing for the duration of the shift, bending, stooping, and continuously using hands to perform dealing duties, with or without reasonable accommodation.
