A well-run private clinic that's been operating in the area for years. Loyal patient base, strong local reputation, steady referral pipeline. Reception and admin handle bookings, billing, and rebates. Treatment rooms are modern and properly equipped. Clinical software is current. You do clinical work; the practice handles the rest.

The caseload

• General podiatry — nail and callus management, footwear and orthotic advice
• Diabetic and high-risk foot management — a genuine feature of this catchment
• Musculoskeletal and biomechanical assessment
• Minor nail surgery and in-clinic procedures
• Orthotic prescription, fitting, and review
• Paediatric and family presentations
• Preventive-health work and long-term patient management
