This role is centered on end-to-end podcast production management, ensuring a seamless experience for guests, clients, and internal creative teams across every stage of episode development. You will coordinate all operational and communication aspects of podcast production, from guest outreach and scheduling to content preparation and final distribution. Working in a fast-paced, fully remote environment, you will collaborate closely with writers, editors, designers, and video producers to deliver high-quality B2B podcast content. The role requires strong organizational discipline, proactive communication, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously. You will play a key role in shaping engaging podcast experiences that align with client goals and audience expectations. This is a highly autonomous position where ownership, creativity, and execution speed are essential. Your work will directly impact the quality and reach of innovative podcast productions across international markets.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of podcast production, ensuring smooth coordination between guests, clients, and creative teams while delivering high-quality episodes on time.

• Manage podcast episode workflows from initial guest outreach through final publication and distribution
• Communicate with guests and clients, handling questions, scheduling, and participation coordination
• Prepare episode materials including briefing documents, interview questions, and supporting content
• Collaborate with writers, editors, designers, and video producers to develop episode assets and collateral
• Upload and distribute podcast episodes across platforms such as Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and client-owned channels
• Ensure content is correctly published on client websites and other relevant digital platforms
• Maintain organization across multiple concurrent projects while ensuring timely delivery and quality standards

Requirements:

You bring strong coordination and communication skills, combined with experience in media, agency, or content production environments where multitasking and ownership are essential.

• 3–5 years of experience in an agency, media production company, or content-focused environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and guests daily
• Minimum B2 level English proficiency (written and spoken)
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong autonomy, ownership mindset, and ability to move work forward independently
• Creative initiative and passion for content, media production, or technology-driven environments
