About us

1. Proof of Delivery (POD) ManagementCoordinate with operations, transport, warehouse, and customer service teams to resolve POD discrepancies.Establish controls to reduce missing, incomplete, or invalid PODs. 2. Claims ManagementEnsure timely processing, approval, and closure of claims.Monitor claims trends and recommend corrective actions.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to negotiate claim resolutions.Track open claims and drive closure of aged items. 3. Process Improvement & ComplianceIdentify process improvement and automation opportunities.Ensure compliance with company policies, customer contracts and regulatory standards.Support internal and external audits.Implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce recurring claims. 4. Reporting & AnalyticsAnalyze claims trends and key drivers.Develop dashboards and management reports.Monitor key metrics related to claims resolution, and POD compliance.Analyze trends and provide recommendations to management.

Responsibilities

Experience with billing and claims management systems.· Advanced MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, analysis)· Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.

Requirements
