As a P&O Strategic Business Partner, you will act as a trusted strategy and execution partner to the Head of P&O Generics and Head of P&O Biosimilars. You will translate the people agenda across both organizations into structured programs, clear governance and coordinated leadership actions, ensuring strong execution and measurable business outcomes. Througn alignment, execution excellence and cross-functional collaboration, you will help deliver impactful people initiatives across both businesses.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Partner with global business leaders to shape and execute people and organizational priorities across Generics and Biosimilars, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, business performance needs and enterprise priorities.
  • Translate global P&O strategy into a focused business people agenda, including talent, organization, culture, workforce and leadership priorities across the global organization.
  • Act as a senior connector across the global matrix, aligning business leaders, P&O Centers of Excellence, country teams and enterprise partners around common priorities, decisions and actions.
  • Lead and influence key P&O and business transformation initiatives, including organization design, workforce planning, change management, leadership effectiveness and adoption of global programs.
  • Provide strategic advice, challenge and coaching to senior leaders on people, organization and leadership topics, helping teams navigate complexity, change and global business priorities.
  • Drive global talent management and succession priorities, including talent reviews, leadership development, performance management, strategic workforce needs and career development across critical populations.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders on critical senior hiring, succession pipelines and culture initiatives that strengthen leadership effectiveness and employee experience globally.
  • Use data, insights and governance to identify people risks, opportunities and progress against priorities, ensuring clear follow-up, accountability and impact tracking.
  • Prepare executive-ready materials, including people insights, briefings, dashboards and decision papers to support senior leadership discussions and high-quality decision making.


What you’ll bring to the role:
• Experience in strategy, transformation, PMO, consulting, HR strategy or business transformation roles.

• Proven ability to manage complex, P&O cross-functional projects in a global matrix environment. Strong project management, coordination, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.

• Ability to translate strategic priorities into executable plans and high-quality leadership materials.

• Experience working in or supporting Technical Operations or manufacturing environment

• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen execution discipline and attention to detail, able to leverage digital tools and big data to support decision making.

• Highly structured, proactive and comfortable working through ambiguity.

• Credible and strong communicator able to influence and engage senior stakeholders.

• Collaborative connector who drives outcomes through others without direct authority.

• Pragmatic, resilient and focused on measurable business impact.

What you'll receive:

Sandoz compensation is determined by job level, qualifications, niche skills, experience, and location within company salary ranges. Fully proficient and highly effective employees can expect a starting salary around market median, with those new to the level or with less functional depth at the lower end of the range and those with sustained superior or niche skills towards the higher end of the range. Internal equity and external market data inform our range placement. Annual salary reviews consider performance outcomes, market alignment, and business needs.
