We are looking for a P&O Business Partner with focus on Employee Relations & P&O Compliance topics to join our Slovenia P&O team.
This role will play a key part in supporting leaders, managers, and associates on employee relations matters, local policy interpretation, social dialogue, and P&O compliance-related activities, while also contributing to selected broader P&O processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who brings strong HR expertise together with sound judgement, credibility, and confidence in handling sensitive topics in a structured and pragmatic way.

Pay range (annual gross salary): € 43.360 - € 65.040*
Salary at Sandoz is based on job level, qualifications, specific skills, and work experience. Fully proficient candidates are usually placed around the market median, less experienced candidates lower in the range, and those with strong or niche expertise higher. When determining placement within the range, we also consider internal pay equity and external market data. *

V Sandozu se višina nadomestila določi glede na raven delovnega mesta, kvalifikacije, specializirana znanja, delovne izkušnje in lokacijo v okviru plačnih razponov družbe. Popolnoma usposobljeni in visoko učinkoviti zaposleni lahko pričakujejo začetno plačo, ki se giblje okoli tržne mediane, pri čemer se tisti, ki so na tej ravni novi ali imajo manj poglobljeno strokovno znanje, uvrščajo v spodnji del razpona, tisti z dolgoročnimi vrhunskimi ali specializiranimi znanji pa v zgornji del razpona. Pri določanju položaja v razponu upoštevamo notranjo uravnoteženost plač in zunanje tržne podatke. Pri letnih pregledih plač se upoštevajo delovna uspešnost, usklajenost s trgom in poslovne potrebe.*
