What you will do:
• Support the extraction, validation, and consolidation of HR data from multiple sources
• Maintain and update recurring reports and dashboards
• Assist in automating and improving reporting processes
• Analyze workforce metrics such as headcount, turnover, absenteeism, performance, and engagement
• Support the preparation of reports and presentations for leadership
• Document reporting methodologies and data definitions
• Support the standardization of KPIs and metrics

What are we looking for:
Education
• Completed degree or certified training in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Statistics, or related areas
Technical Skills
• Strong proficiency in Power BI (or similar BI tools)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Solid understanding of data modelling and data visualization principles
• Knowledge of SQL and python is highly desirable
• Experience with data transformation and ETL processes is a plus

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of attention to detail
• Structured and organized working style
• Clear communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proactive and collaborative attitude
