Planning & Scheduling
Plan and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly CIT routes and activities.
Allocate resources (vehicles, crews, equipment) effectively.
Coordinate with banks and internal teams regarding service schedules.
Operational Control
Monitor real-time CIT operations and route execution.
Ensure adherence to SOP, security procedures, and SLA.
Identify and mitigate operational risks and deviations.
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare operational performance reports (SLA, productivity, incidents).
Analyze operational data and recommend improvements.
Coordination
Coordinate with Vault, CPC, ATM, and Security teams for smooth operations.
Manage changes, incidents, and emergency responses.
Compliance & Audit
Ensure operations comply with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
Support internal and external audits.
