Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented PM/Team Lead to join our team! In this role you will get to work alongside mobility experts in the development of a large city in Saudi Arabia by leading the on-site team to update city frameworks and other mobility governance policies and procedures.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead the team of Senior Managers, Managers, Document Controllers and Graphic Designers
  • Develop the solutions required to update and maintain the mobility governance policies and procedures for the development of the city
  • Analyzing change requests and apply procedural rigor for the city framework plan
  • Ensure all stakeholder feedback is logged and addressed
  • Schedule gate reviews
  • Prepare compliance reports
  • Mitigate risk of process failure
  • Managing direct reports within the on-site integrated team
  • Participate in management meetings and activities with the Mobility team

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • B.Sc. in a relevant discipline.
  • 20+ years in project management, governance, or compliance roles within a public/private sector context.
  • Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or similar.
  • Direct experience designing or managing stage-gate processes for planning documents.
  • Expert in collaborative software (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint) for document control.

  • Exceptional communication, leadership, technical writing and presentation skills
  • Ability to work within culturally-diverse team and quickly establish key relationships
  • Experience working on giga projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
