1.负责跟进职能组内部日常执行工作，负责进度跟踪和控制，确保交付按计划完成。 2.学习使用项目管理工具，维护排期信息，同步信息及相关变更。 3.收集开发过程中关键节点的进度和暴露的问题，及时反馈和记录文档。 4.理解项目工作流程，确保团队的制作流程和交付结果符合项目组的流程规范。
