
The EOF Peer Mentoring program matches first-year EOF students with upper-class EOF peer mentors to create a premier student experience as they transition into the University community . Peer Mentors serve as a resource to their fellow students, administration, and the overall program.
· Serve as a positive leader, helping mentees succeed at SHU
· Assist mentees in developing an awareness of academic resources and opportunities, policies, and support services
· Facilitate and encourage attendance at all EOF events
· Attend and participate in leadership experiences with enthusiasm
· Help develop and facilitate society events
· Be highly accessible and responsive to the needs of your mentees and professional staff by responding accordingly
· Participate in performance assessments to identify areas of growth and improvement
· Represent the EOF program in a positive, appropriate and professional manner
· Office duties and other duties as assigned
· Must be a current EOF student at Seton Hall University
· Enrolled as full-time student each semester
· Be in good standing with the EOF Programs and Seton Hall University
· Minimum cumulative and semester GPA of 3.0
