& Summary
The PMO Senior Associate is responsible for independently managing advanced reporting, analysis, and governance activities across FCU engagements. This role goes beyond standard PMO execution and is expected to partner closely with Delivery Leads and Operations Managers, providing insights that influence delivery, resourcing, and financial decisions.
This role is intended for professionals with solid PMO, operations, or analytics experience who can operate autonomously, manage complexity, and contribute to continuous improvement across FCU delivery..
Key Responsibilities:
Independently managing regular operational, financial, and performance reporting across multiple projects or workstreams
Analyzing delivery, productivity, quality, and financial data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
Developing and maintaining advanced dashboards and reporting packs for delivery and senior leadership
Supporting forecasting, resource allocation, capacity planning, and utilization analysis in partnership with Operations Managers
Tracking key delivery metrics, service levels, KPIs, and financial indicators
Maintaining, reviewing, and enhancing project and engagement governance artifacts
Proactively identifying risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalating with context, insights, and recommendations
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across PMO reporting, governance, and delivery processes
Acting as a trusted PMO partner to Delivery Leads by providing data-driven insights and decision support
Supporting ad hoc analysis and executive-level reporting requests
Providing guidance and informal coaching to PMO Associates and junior team members
