DAT-Schaub

DNK-København

PMO & Transformation Consultant - DAT-Schaub Group

Join a global organization where your insights shape the future direction of our business.

DAT Schaub is a global leader in natural casings, ingredients, and pharma raw materials. With more than 125 years of craftsmanship and deep industry expertise, we support some of the world’s most prominent food producers. Our transformation journey is well underway — strengthening operational excellence, optimizing our global footprint, and building a future ready organization rooted in innovation and strong partnerships.

If you are analytical, structured, and motivated by driving strategic initiatives in an international setting, this could be your next step.

Your role – where you make an impact
As PMO & Transformation Consultant, you will play an essential role in supporting our strategic agenda across markets and functions. You become part of the executive Project Management Office (PMO) working directly with the CEO and senior leaders to bring clarity, structure, and momentum to our most important strategic initiatives.

Your work will help shape how DAT Schaub plans, executes, and tracks transformation and long term strategy — while ensuring alignment with the broader Danish Crown Group.

Your key responsibilities

  • Supporting the design, planning, and follow up of our global transformation roadmap.
  • Contributing to structured execution and progress tracking of cross functional initiatives.
  • Coordinating selected transformation projects and ensuring clear alignment and communication.
  • Developing governance frameworks, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting routines for leadership.
  • Conducting strategic, market, and financial analyses to support decision making.
  • Supporting the annual global strategic planning cycle together with the CEO and Executive Team.
  • Preparing high quality presentations, scenarios, and materials for internal and group level stakeholders.
  • Driving alignment with Danish Crown’s strategy and transformation program across shared initiatives.
  • Providing project management support and contributing to capability building within the organization.

This is a role for someone who enjoys working in the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution — and who thrives when helping a global business move forward with clarity and structure.

Who are you?
You bring a strong analytical mindset, a structured approach to problem solving, and the ability to create overview in complex environments. You enjoy working with senior stakeholders, and you are motivated by contributing to meaningful progress and long term impact.

We imagine that you

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain or a similar field (master’s degree is an advantage).
  • Bring 3–5 years of experience within PMO, strategy, management consulting, or operational excellence.
  • Preferably have experience in manufacturing, food processing, agriculture, or industrial sectors.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in English and enjoy collaborating across borders and functions.
  • Work with precision, structure, and ownership — even when things move quickly.
  • Thrive in an environment where strategy and execution go hand in hand.
  • Are comfortable preparing high quality analyses and presentations for senior stakeholders.
  • Have experience with project/program management tools and methods (PMP or similar is a plus).

Above all, you bring curiosity, professionalism, and a proactive mindset that helps the organization move forward.

A global team and culture you’ll want to be part of
You will join a committed, international organization with colleagues across Europe, North and South America, and Asia. Our culture is collaborative and pragmatic — with a flat structure, an informal tone, and a shared ambition to elevate DAT Schaub’s global competitiveness.

Working here means being part of a journey that strengthens our operational foundation and unites our global organization even further. As part of the Danish Crown Group, we contribute directly to the Group’s long term development and growth aspirations.

Danish Crown

About Danish Crown

The Danish Crown Group is a global food processing company and among the largest in its field. The Group is the world’s largest pork exporter and Europe’s largest pork processor. Furthermore, Danish Crown Beef is a significant player in the European beef market.

Just like the crops in the fields continuously change, Danish Crown tirelessly refine and improve how we work, from farm to fork, to ensure good, safe food for people around the world to enjoy. Our history goes back to 1887 and the Danish cooperative movement, and responsibility towards society, our employees and our owners, the farmers, is quite simply in our genes.

As a global leader in meat production, we have big obligations; not just to deliver, but to explore new opportunities. We still have a long way to go and face many challenges. But we remain committed to improving how food is produced - with respect for animals, people and the environment. In this quest, we are prepared to challenge ourselves, the industry and the market.

This journey is not ours alone, but we promise to be the leaders of change.

You will become a part of a strong culture with roots in the Danish co-operative movement, and at all levels of the organization, you will be met by an informal and direct tone.
