Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized PMO Student to join our R&D operations.

In this role, you will support project management processes, helping to ensure that our complex radar development projects stay on track, on time, and within resource definitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide operational support for R&D projects, assisting in the execution and monitoring of annual work plans.
• Update and maintain the company’s project management systems to ensure real-time project control.
• Track project milestones, identify potential risks, and monitor resource allocation.
• Assist development teams with procurement and logistics processes to ensure smooth project flow.
• Generate progress reports and support R&D team leaders and project managers in daily tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Procurement, and Production.

Requirements

• Current student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or a related field.
• At least 2 semesters remaining until graduation – must.
• Ability to work at least 3 days a week (with flexibility during exam periods).
• Experience with MS Project or Gantt charts – Advantage.
• Familiarity with Jira – Advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive "can-do" approach.
• Ability to multitask and perform in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
